【個人情況綜述】 　　目前，　已有50篇論文發表在SCI檢索雜志上，在《J. Differential Equations》,　《Math. Model and Method in Appl. Science》,　《J. Math. Anal. Appl.》、《Nonlinear Analysis》 等國際著名刊物上發表。 經國際聯機檢索美國DIALOG系統的《科學引文索引》（SCI）數據庫蔣達清1997-2007年以來共有50篇論文被SCI收錄，有25篇文章被SCI他人引用84次。其中2002-2007共有39篇論文被SCI收錄，有15篇文章被SCI他人引用49次；1997-2001共有11篇論文被SCI收錄，有10篇文章被SCI他人引用35次。 　　參加兩項國家自然科學基金項目，《可積系統的時滯擾動》(NO: 10171010)和《時滯微分方程所確定的動力系統的研究》(NO: 19871012)， 主持一項國家自然科學基金項目《隨機微分方程中的參數估計問題》(NO: 10571021).　《Mathematical Review》評論員。 　　主要從事常微分方程和泛函微分方程定性理論，隨機微分方程中的參數估計與假設檢驗問題。 在常微分方程邊值問題、泛函微分方程邊值問題和定性理論方面，在非線性力學、邊界層理論和反應擴散過程方面，以及在生態學等方面都做出了一定深度、難度和分量的工作。對這方面的問題進行理論分析，即研究邊值問題與周期解的存在唯一性、穩定性及漸近性質等，建立先驗估計，可以為數值計算和實際應用提供信息資料。近幾年來，已系統閱讀和討論隨機微分方程中的參數估計與假設檢驗問題的研究工作。在攻讀博士學位期間， 在史寧中教授指導下，一直跟蹤和收集有關領域的研究成果、資料和信息，并在這一領域開展了較深入的研究，并取得一些初步成果。已有4篇論文在SCI檢索雜志發表。　目前，研究了增長率（死亡率）在環境白噪聲的干擾下隨機Logistic模型的參數估計與假設檢驗、隨機Lotka-Volterra 系統正解的存在唯一性和穩定性及參數的極大似然估計，并研究了非自治隨機Logistic模型的周期解。 　　【學習工作簡歷】 　　主要學習簡歷（含國內外訪學） 　　1984.9---1988.7 吉大數學系本科生 　　1988.9---1991.7 吉大數學所碩士研究生 　　2003.9- 2006.6　東北師大數學系博士研究生 　　主要工作簡歷 　　1991.7---1994.7　東北師大數學系助教 　　1994.7---1998.12 東北師大數學系講師 　　1998.12---2000.9 東北師大數學系副教授 　　2000.9---2003.9　東北師大數學系教授 　　2003.9---至今 　 東北師大數學系教授委員會教授 　　【社會學術兼職】 　　美國《Mathematical Review》評論員, 長春市數學學會理事。曾為《J.
