科研方向:
凝聚態理論。
鐵電體及其相關材料第一性原理研究。本人用第一性原理計算工具對鐵電體的電子結構等展開研究。主要研究對象包括鈣鈦礦鐵電體、固溶體、復雜化合物等。鐵電體及其他氧化物的表面、界面性質的第一性原理研究。程序主要基于LINUX(PC)和UNIX系統。VASP,WIEN2k,ABINIT,CASTEP。
