齊永安，男，漢族，1963年7月生，博士、教授，資源環境學院博士生、碩士生導師。

科研情況:
2009年7月-2009年12月，第十屆國際遺跡組構研討會，國家自然科學基金國際合作與交流項目（40910304031），經費8萬元，主持。2011年1月-2013年12月，豫西寒武紀沉積底質變革與造跡方式響應，國家自然科學基金(41072003)，經費49萬元，主持。2011年1月-2013年12月，豫西寒武紀微生物成因沉積構造與遺跡化石研究(112300413213),河南省基礎與前沿研究，經費35萬元，主持。2012年1月-2014年12月，豫西寒武紀遺跡組構演化與環境制約，教育部高校博士點基金博導類聯合課題（20114116110001），經費12萬元，主持。2012年1月-2013年12月，承壓礦井水文地質研究，山西晉煤集團攻關項目（JMYJJS-2012002），經費198萬元，主持。2013年5月-2014年12月， 2011Z-CC-01井井噴研究—水文地質條件探查與總體研究，山西晉煤集團重大專項（JSYJ-JSKF-2013-005），經費487萬元，主持。
