　　盧桂寧：男，1980年9月生，博士，副研究員，碩士生導師，主要從事污染物構效關系和土壤污染修復研究。華南理工大學環境科學與工程學院與美國羅格斯大學環境科學系聯合培養博士，2008年畢業獲工學博士學位。近年主持國家自然科學基金、教育部博士點專項科研基金、中國博士后科學基金等國家及省部級科研項目4項，學校和企事業單位委托項目4項，參與國家自然科學基金重點項目和面上項目、廣東省自然科學基金團隊項目和重點項目、863項目子課題、廣東省及廣州市科技計劃項目等科研項目10余項。已在Journal of Hazardous Materials、Science of the Total Environment、QSAR & Combinatorial Science、環境化學、中國環境科學等國內外知名期刊發表論文40余篇(SCI收錄20多篇)，申請發明專利5項(已授權1項)。擔任Journal of Hazardous Materials、Science of the Total Environment、Journal of Environmental Quality、Journal of Theoretical & Computational Chemistry等國際SCI刊物審稿人。參與編寫《戰略性新興產業100問》、《廣東節能環保產業及促進政策研究》等著作，執筆編制《佛山市環保產業發展規劃》、《佛山市南海區節能環保產業發展規劃》等地方產業發展規劃。
