張德賢 ，男1961年8月出生，漢族。1982年畢業于鄭州工業大學獲學士學位，1988年畢業于鄭州工業大學獲碩士學位，1989-1990年赴日本九州工業大學研修，1995年畢業于華中科技大學獲博士學位。現為河南工業大學信息科學與工程學院教授、院長，西北工業大學博士生導師，中國人工智能學會理事，中國糧油學會理事。河南工業大學計算機應用技術河南省重點學科第一學科帶頭人，面向糧食行業的信息技術研究河南省創新型科技團隊主要負責人。目前主要從事計算機智能技術、信息處理與知識挖掘技術等方面的研究工作。近三年在國內外學術期刊上發表論文60余篇，其中SCI/EI收錄36篇，出版著作3部，完成各類科研項目19項，目前承擔國“十一五”家科技支撐計劃課題、國家自然科學基金、河南省科技創新杰出人才資助項目等各類課題10余項，獲省部級等科技成果獎5項，其中河南省科技進步二等獎1項。獲“河南省優秀教師”、“河南省高等學校優秀共產黨員”、“河南省學位點建設與研究生教育先進個人”等榮譽稱號。
